I went here with friends for a dinner tonight. Overall, good service, very kind and helpful staff, mid food, small portions, nice vibe, can reserve a table.
I ordered the beef udon and edamame and ate a piece of the pork gyoza my friend ordered
udon - hot, bit too sweet, bit of a honey taste, beef is a bit tough, smaller than expected portion size, egg is soft, beef has slightly smoky, udon noodle is soft and nicely cooked. the more I drank the udon soup more the sweetness became sickening. ⭐️⭐️
edamame: more than double the price of downtown grocer edamame for like 100g is given here, few of it is flat and doesnt have a pod in it. Not much to be said, it's just edamame⭐️⭐️⭐️
pork gyoza - looks hard and slightly burnt, small, slightly garlicy, reminds me of shrimp dumplings from costco. ⭐️⭐️
staff and overall vibe: easy to talk, staff were very friendly and helped created a lovely environment. Nice lighting and space. Had a bathroom too. Cozy interior. Staff helped us with all our questions and they were the peak of the night
